摘  要:通过采用60 mm厚的大线能量钢板E40-W600进行双丝气电立焊试验,焊接过程采用陶瓷衬垫和水冷铜衬垫两种衬垫方式,分析两者在焊接接头、力学性能及微观组织之间的区别。结果表明:采用水冷铜衬垫进行双丝气电立焊,其焊接接头背面成型的宽度和余高比陶瓷衬垫的偏小;通过对两种衬垫下焊接接头根部微观组织的分析,水冷铜衬垫下的焊接接头FL+2 mm处为相互交织的针状铁素体和少量铁素体束间碳化物、块状铁素体组成,针状铁素体的面积达到90%,块状铁素体的尺寸为20-40μm;陶瓷衬垫下的焊接接头根部FL+2 mm处,由粗大的铁素体和少量细小珠光体组成,晶粒尺寸30μm以上的面积超过40%;两种衬垫下抗拉强度和弯曲性能相近,但根部的冲击性能水冷铜衬垫的焊接接头明显优于陶瓷衬垫的焊接接头。通过以上试验及分析,丰富了双丝气电立焊的焊接工艺,为双丝气电立焊工艺及配套钢板、焊材的研究及在后续船舶、钢结构的推广应用,提供了数据参考。In this article,tandem gas metal arc welding experiments were conducted by using 60mm thick high-energy steel plate E40-W600.Two different methods of using ceramic backing and water-cooled copper backing were employed during the welding process.The objective was to analyze the differences in weld joints,mechanical properties,and microstructure between the two backing methods.The results indicated that the width and reinforcement of the back of the welded joint formed by using double wire gas electric vertical welding at watercooled copper backing are smaller than those under the ceramic backing.Microstructural analysis of the root weld joint revealed that under the water-cooled copper backing,the weld joint at FL+2 mm exhibited intertwined acicular ferrite,a small amount of ferrite interbeam carbides,and blocky ferrite.The percentage of acicular ferrite area reached 90%,and the size of blocky ferrite ranged from 20~40μm.On the other hand,under the ceramic backing,the weld joint root at FL+2 mm consisted of coarse ferrite and a small amount of fine pearlite,with over 40%of the area having grain sizes exceeding 30μm.The two backing methods showed similar tensile strength and bending properties,but the impact toughness of the weld joint with water-cooled copper backing was significantly superior to that of the weld joint with ceramic backing.Through these experiments and analysis,the welding process of tandem gas metal arc welding has been enriched,providing valuable data for further research and application of the process,as well as the promotion of suitable steel plates and welding materials in shipbuilding and steel structures in the future.
