摘　　要：本文主要介绍了某执法船高速柴油机在航行试验时,由于主轴瓦异常磨损导致主机停机。针对该故障现象进行了各种排查,并在排查的基础上对可能引起故障的各种原因进行分析,在分析的基础上进行整改并解决了问题。This paper mainly introduces the failure phenomenon of main engine shutdown caused by abnormal wear of main bearing bush of a certain type of marine high-speed diesel engine during navigation test.Various troubleshootings are carried out for this fault phenomenon,and on the basis of investigation,various possible causes for the fault are analyzed to provide a set of analysis methods.On the basis of analysis,rectification is carried out and problems are solved.
