摘 要:随着新一代信息技术的快速发展,数字化、网络化、智能化日益成为未来制造业发展的主要趋势。船舶建造随着互联网技术的进步逐渐向智能化转型,为了改变船舶制造业多品种小批量离散制造、作业环境恶劣、工艺流程复杂等特点,对船体分段智能车间产储配协同管控技术进行研究及应用,促进了船体分段数字化建造,提高了船体分段建造效率。本文对造船厂提升船舶建造技术,缩短船舶建造周期,降低造船成本提供了技术借鉴。With the rapid development of new generation information technology,the digitalization,networking and intelligence are increasingly becoming the main trend of the future manufacturing industry.Ship construction would be gradually transformed into smart intelligent execution with the progress of the Internet technology.In order to change the features of shipbuilding industry characterized by the discrete manufacture of many varieties and small batches,bad operation environment and complex process,certain research and application on coordinated control technology of production,storage and distribution in hull block smart workshop are carried out,so as to promote digitalized construction of hull sections and improve the efficiency of hull section fabrication.This document provides the technical reference for shipyards to improve the shipbuilding technology,shorten the shipbuilding period and reduce the shipbuilding costs.
