摘　　要：介绍了目前大型钢结构涂装生产的现状,通过一体化作业和传统模式优缺点分析,从原材料复测和跟踪、人员资质认证、喷漆手考核、个人违章记分、涂层保护等方面的质量管理进行浅析。提出了如何对喷漆中关键岗位人员进行量化考核,以提高喷涂质量、提高施工效率。通过软件管理对报验流程进行优化,提高报验速度和准确性,对一体化涂装提出合理的建议。At first,this paper introduces the current situation of large-scale structure coating production,and through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages during integrated construction&traditional way,analyzes how to carry out the quality management from the aspects of raw material retest and tracking,personnel qualification,sprayer performance evaluation,individual violation scores and coating protection.It proposes how to make a quantitative assessment for the key personnel in spray painting,so as to improve the spraying quality and construction efficiency,and optimize the inspection process through the software management to improve the speed and accuracy of inspection,and also put forward reasonable suggestions following integrated coating.
