摘　　要：近年来,各国政府与国际组织都在加大力度打击商业腐败,治理商业环境,我国也发布了一系列政策措施,不断加大对商业贿赂,特别是对医药购销领域商业贿赂的整治力度。通过梳理医药购销领域商业贿赂的现状和危害,从法律规定、卫生体制、医药市场监管等方面分析体制机制性成因,探讨整治医药购销领域的商业贿赂的对策。In recent years,governments and international organizations have intensified efforts to combat commercial corruption and control the business environment.China has also issued a series of policies and measures to continuously strengthen the control of commercial bribery,especially in the field of medicine purchase and sale.This paper reviews the current situation and harm of commercial bribery in the field of medicine purchase and sale,analyzes the causes of institutional mechanism from the aspects of legal regulation,medical and health system,and medical market supervision,and explores the countermeasures to rectify commercial bribery in the field of medicine purchase and sale.
