摘　　要：梳理新发展阶段下群众体育高质量发展的契机、现实审视与推进策略,以期明确群众体育实现高质量发展的困囿和行动选择,将新发展理念落实到群众体育发展中。在迈入新发展阶段后,国家战略、政策导向、社会转型为群众体育高质量发展提供契机,但也凸显了群众体育在创新理念陈旧、协调理念受限、绿色理念匮乏、开放理念不足、共享理念缺失等问题上的不足。实现群众体育高质量发展需要坚持:创新发展以创新管理,构建发展逻辑;协调发展以统筹发展,缩小区域差距;绿色发展以增强意识,加强队伍建设;开放发展以促进交流,彰显强国体育;共享发展以加强关联,同享发展成果。In order to clarify the difficulties and action choices of mass sports to achieve high-quality development,and implement the new development concept into the development of mass sports,this article sorts out the opportunities,realistic review and promotion strategies of high-quality development of mass sports in the new development stage.After entering the new development stage,the national strategy,policy orientation and social transformation provide opportunities for the high-quality development of mass sports,but it also further highlights the shortcomings of mass sports in such issues as outdated innovation concept,limited coordination concept,lack of green concept,lack of open concept and sharing concept.To realize the high quality development of mass sports,we need to adhere to:innovative development to innovative management,construction of development logic;Coordinate development to coordinate development and narrow regional disparities;Green development to enhance awareness,strengthen team building;Open development to promote exchanges and highlight powerful sports;Share development to strengthen connectivity and share the fruits of development.
