摘　　要：立足本科院校实际,探索军民融合背景下专创融合的创新型应用型人才培养模式。深入挖掘专业知识和创新创业教育的融合点,将创新创业教育内容与课程内容相融合,推行多方协同融合的产教融合模式,构建交叉融合专业知识体系,搭建分层递进式创新实践体系。培养学生的职业素养和工匠精神,锻炼学生科研分析和创新实践能力。Based on the undergraduate colleges,this paper explores the innovative and application-oriented talent training mode under the background of military civilian integration.The study deeply excavates the integration ofspecialty knowledge and innovation and entrepreneurship education,integrates the content of innovation and entrepreneurship education with the content of the curriculum,promotes the industry and education integration mode of multi-party collaboration,builds a cross-integrated specialty system,and builds a hierarchical and progressive innovation practice system,thus cultivating the students′specialty quality and craftsmanship spirit andimprovingtheir research analysis and innovation practice ability.
