产业升级的逻辑内涵、现实困境与出路--基于马克思分工理论的分析

摘　　要：西方经济学基于比较优势视角的产业升级理论,因未能触及产业升级背后的资本逻辑和生产关系,难以科学揭示产业升级的形成逻辑、经济本质及其价值分配效应,进而难以解释发展中国家产业升级困境的原因。基于马克思分工理论,文章阐释了产业升级是资本在生产力和生产关系矛盾运动的内在推力与平均利润率下降外在压力的作用下追求扩张和增殖的显性结果,其本质为产业资本增殖能力培育和累积的动态过程。在现有国际分工形式下发展中国家以比较优势理论为指导的产业升级路径容易陷入“比较优势陷阱”,以马克思分工思想和资本循环理论为基础,充分发挥有为政府的作用是发展中国家突破产业升级困境的关键。The industrial upgrading theory in western economics based on the perspective of comparative advantage fails to touch the capital logic and production relations behind industrial upgrading,so it is difficult for it to scienifically reveal the formation logic,economic essence and value distribution effect of industrial upgrading,and then to reveal the reasons for the dilemma of industrial upgrading in developing countries.Based on Marx's thoughts on division of labor,this paper explains that industrial upgrading is the explicit result of capital's Pursuit of expansion and proliferation under the internal thrust of the contradictory movement of productivity and production relations and the external pressure of the decline of average profit margin.Its essence is the dynamic process of cultivating and accumulating the ability of industrial capital proliferation.With the existing international division of labor,the industrial upgrading path guided by the theory of comparative advantage in de-veloping countries is easy to fall into the"comparative advantage trap".Based on Marx's thoughts on division of labor and.capital circulation,giving full play to the role of promising government is the key to breaking through the dilemma of indus-trial upgrading in developing countries..
