清华简《越公其事》的文本性质及其所见战国国家统治思想

摘　　要：清华简《越公其事》的书写目的是通过塑造集权政治背景下的君王形象,弘扬勾践“五政”的政鉴意义,是一篇具有鲜明国君立场和典型资政特色的政论性语类文献。和《国语·越语》《吴语》相较,《越公其事》所见勾践“五政”的特别之处,在于展现了基于战国县制背景下的国家授田、人口统计、官吏考核、地方兵建设、少数民族编户化等情况,其主旨是借“勾践灭吴”故事表达推行县制、强化王权的战国国家统治思想。The purpose of the writing of"Yuegong's Story"in the Qinghua Bamboo Slips is to promote Gou Jian's politi-cal significance of"five policies"by shaping the image of the monarch in the context of centralized politics.It is a political document with distinctive monarch's position and typical characteristics of government.Compared with the Guoyu:Yueyu and Wuyu,the special feature of Gou Jian's"five policies"seen in the"Yuegong's Story"is that it shows the state land grant system.population statistics,official asssment,local army construction.and minority household organization based on the county system of the Warring States Period.Its main purpose is to express the Warring States state ruling ideology of promo-ting the county system and strengthening the royal power through the story of"Goujian destroying the State of Wu".
