农村订单定向医学生职业认同、履约倾向及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解农村订单定向医学生职业认同、履约倾向及相关性,为完善相关政策提供理论依据。方法采用在校大学生职业认同量表、定向医学生履约倾向量表对山东第一医科大学、滨州医学院、济宁医学院的1076名农村订单定向医学生开展问卷调查。结果农村订单定向医学生职业认同情况在不同年级、报考动机等4个方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);履约倾向情况在不同年级、考研意向等4个方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);农村订单定向医学生履约倾向总分与职业认同呈正相关关系;多元线性回归结果显示,职业获益感、外部影响因素对农村订单定向医学生的履约倾向具有一定的正向预测作用。结论农村订单定向医学生履约倾向与职业认同呈显著正相关关系。Objective To know the oeeupational identity,contractual performance tendeney and correlation of rural order-oriented medical students,and to provide theoretical basis for improving relevant policies.Methods 1076 rual order oriented medical students from Shandong First Medical University,Binzhou Medical College and Jining Medical College were investigated by using the Scale of Professional Identity of College Students and the Scale of Orientation Medical Students'Tendency.Results There were significant differences in the occupational identity of rural order-oriented medical students in 4 aspects:gender,examination motivation,etc(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the performance tendency of different grades and postgraduate entrance examination inte ntions(P<0.05).The total score of rural order-oriented medical students was positively correlated with their profess ional identity.The results of muliple linear regression showed that the sense of career benefit and extemal factors had a certain positive predictive effect on the fufllment tendency of rural order--oriented medical students.Conclusion The contract fulfillment tendency of rural order-oriented medical students is positively correlated with their profess ional identity.
