手术室护理人员对艾滋病职业暴露防护知识知晓及行为情况的调查

摘　　要：目的调查手术室护理人员对艾滋病职业暴露防护知识知晓及行为情况,保障手术室护理人员的职业安全。方法2022年1月,采用整群抽样的方法随机选取温州市中心医院51名手术室护理人员作为调查对象,对其艾滋病职业暴露防护知识知晓及行为情况进行问卷调查。结果调查对象艾滋病职业暴露防护知识知晓及行为情况平均总得分分别为(6.67±3.35)分、(3.18±1.24)分。不同工龄、职称、学历、是否为手术室专科护士、从业以来是否发生过艾滋病职业暴露调查对象的艾滋病职业暴露防护知识得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理人员对艾滋病职业暴露防护知识掌握较为薄弱,应加强相关知识学习。科室及医院应重点关注资历较低护士的培训。Objective To investigate the knowledge and behavior of occupational exposure to AIDS of the nursing staff in the operating room,in order to ensure the occupational safety of nurses in the operating room.Methods In January2022,51 nurses in the operating room of Wenzhou Central Hospital were randomly selected as the investigation objects by cluster sampling method.Questionnaire survey was conducted on their knowledge and behavior of occupational exposure protection against AIDS.Results The average total scores of knowledge and behavior of occupational exposure to AIDS were(6.67±3.35)and(3.18±1.24)respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of AIDS occupational exposure protection knowledge among the survey subjects with different working age,professional title,educational background,whether they were specialized nurses in operating rooms,and whether they had experienced AIDS occupational exposure since their employment(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff in the operating room grasp weak knowledge of operation protection for AIDS patients,and should strengthen learning of occupational exposure protection knowledge of AIDS.Departments and hospitals should pay more attention to the training of nurses with lower qualifications.
