摘 要:液晶显示设备由于其自身多层周期性结构叠加,不可避免产生了影响人们观看体验的摩尔条纹。为优化摩尔条纹,从几何遮光原理和频谱分析原理出发,对液晶显示面板中的黑矩阵结构与棱镜膜周期结构叠加的摩尔条纹进行分析,得到不同结构参数下的摩尔条纹周期分布图。研究结果表明,选取合适的子像素频率与棱镜膜频率比和棱镜膜与黑矩阵的倾角可以避免显示器面板装配产生明显的摩尔条纹,如当倾角为3°且子像素频率与棱镜膜频率之比在区间0.22~0.23或0.28~0.3时摩尔条纹周期小,此时摩尔条纹较不明显。亦考虑了器件形变引起的摩尔条纹弯曲变化,能够用于显示设备的装配指导,具有较强的实用性和预测性。Due to the overlapping of multilayer periodic structure,moiréfringes may appear on liquid crystal display(LCD)devices and af-fect people’s viewing experience.The moiréfringe superimposed on the black matrix structure and the prism film structure in the LCD panel is optimized based on the principle of geometric shading and spectrum analysis.Then the moiréfringe period distribution diagram under different structural parameters is obtained.The results show that selecting appropriate ratio between the sub-pixel frequency and the prism film frequency as well as the inclination angle between the prism film and the display panel can avoid the obvious moiréfringes.When the inclination angle is 3 degrees and the ratio between the sub-pixel frequency and the prism film frequency is in the interval of 0.22-0.23 or 0.28-0.3,the moiréfringe period is small and it is less obvious.The moiréfringes variation due to the device deformation is also discussed,which could be used to guide the assembly of display equipment for its strong practicability and predictability.
