摘  要:为解决传统几何测量方法中人工手动计算费时费力和效率低下等问题,设计了一套针对介质阻挡放电(DBD)型臭氧发生器电气参数的实时在线测量系统,大大提高了DBD型臭氧发生器电气参数测量的准确性和快速性。首先,从控制器单元回路、信号检测回路等硬件电路系统、数据处理单元和结果输出等软件系统出发,详细分析了实时在线测量系统的设计思想。其次,通过搭建实时在线测量系统实验平台,实时采集了DBD型臭氧发生器负载端在不同时刻的电压、电流值的关键点,快速而准确地在线实时计算出DBD型臭氧发生器的介质阻挡电容值、气隙电容值和放电功率值。然后,研究了外加电压幅值和频率变化对介质阻挡放电参数的影响,数据表明,增大外加电压幅值和工作频率,电荷的传输能力增强,放电管的介质等效电容变大,放电间隙等效电容减小,最终趋于稳定。最后,对本文所提出的在线测量系统进行了简要的总结。In order to solve the problems of time consuming,labor consuming and low efficiency in the traditional geometric measurement methods,a set of on-line real-time measurement system for dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)type ozone generator electrical parameters is designed.The accuracy and rapidity of measuring electrical parameters of DBD ozone generator are greatly improved.Firstly,the de-sign idea of the real-time online measurement system is introduced in detail from hardware circuit systems such as controller unit circuit and signal detection circuit,and software systems such as data processing unit and result output.Secondly,key points of voltage and cur-rent values of DBD ozone generator at different moments are collected in real time by setting up the experiment platform of real-time on-line measurement system,and dielectric barrier capacitance,air gap capacitance and discharge power values of DBD ozone generator are rapidly calculated.Then,the influence of applied voltage amplitude and frequency transform on dielectric barrier discharge parameters is studied.The values shows that the transmission capacity of charge is enhanced,and the dielectric equivalent capacitance of discharge tube becomes larger,meanwhile the equivalent capacitance of discharge gap decreases,and finally tends to be stable with the increase of the applied voltage amplitude and working frequency.Finally,the online measurement system is briefly summarized.
