社会工作视角下中年群体边缘型人格障碍问题的介入路径

摘　　要：中年边缘型人格障碍群体的人际关系、自我形象、情感的不稳定及显著冲动等特征在成年早期就已形成。社会工作秉持助人自助理念,对中年群体边缘型人格障碍问题的改善和帮助具有现实可行性。从边缘型人格障碍群体的主要表现出发,社会工作可以通过心理动力性治疗、家庭生态系统聚焦、构建社区互助网络等层面介入,以改善中年群体的边缘型人格障碍问题。The characteristics of interpersonal relationship,self-image,emotional instability and significant impulsivity in middle-aged people with borderline personality disorder have been formed in early adulthood.Social work upholds the idea of helping people and themselves.It is feasible to improve and help middle-aged people with borderline personality disorder.Through starting from the main manifestations of borderline personality disorder,social work can improve the problem of borderline personality disorder in middle-aged people through psychodynamic treatment,focusing on family ecosystem,and building community mutual help network.
