摘　　要：科研院所是承担研究生教育工作的重要机构,其研究生教育质量关系到研究生教育事业的未来发展。以黑龙江省某科研院所为例,其硕士研究生教育具备科研项目多、导师指导充分、对外合作与学术交流广泛、培养方案灵活、培养模式科学等优势。科研院所应统筹规划,加强学科建设;扩大招生宣传,保证生源质量;提升导师队伍水平,优化师资结构;优化课程结构,凸显学科特色;控“出口关”,保障论文质量与创新;构建全面的研究生教育管理保障机制,以进一步提升科研院所硕士研究生的教育质量。Research institutes are important institutions to undertake the work of postgraduate education.And the quality of postgraduate education is related to the future development of postgraduate education.Through taking a scientific research institute in Heilongjiang Province as an example,the advantages of its postgraduate education include multiple research projects,adequate guidance from tutors,extensive foreign cooperation and academic exchanges,flexible training programs,and two-level training mode.Scientific research institutes should make overall planning and strengthen discipline construction;expand enrollment publicity,ensure the quality of students;improve the level of tutors,optimize the structure of teachers;optimize the curriculum structure,highlight the subject characteristics;control“export”,ensure the quality and innovation of the paper;build a comprehensive postgraduate education management guarantee mechanism so as to further improve the quality of postgraduate education in research institutes.
