摘  要:为探究遮光处理对宁玉草莓脱毒原种苗光合与叶绿素荧光特性的影响,以宁玉草莓脱毒原种苗为材料,研究不同遮光率(75%、50%、25%、0%)对其蒸腾速率(T_(r))、气孔导度(G_(s))、胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))、净光合速率(P_(n))、F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(o)的影响。结果表明,草莓叶片的净光合速率(P_(n))、气孔导度(G_(s))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))在3种遮光率处理下均显著高于对照,随着时间的增长,遮光处理的F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(o)均呈逐渐下降的变化趋势,ETR呈先上升后下降的变化趋势。随着遮光率的增大,F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(o)均呈现先下降再升高后下降的变化趋势,在50%遮光率时达到波谷,25%遮光率时达到波峰,可为草莓苗在高原地区生长的光照调控提供参考。To explore the effects of shading treatment on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of virus-free original seedlings of Ningyu strawberry,the effects of shading rates(75%,50%,25%,0%)on transpiration rate(T_(r)),stomatal conductance(G_(s)),intercellular CO_(2)concentration(C_(i)),net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),F_(v)/F_(m),F_(v)/F_(o)are studied.The results show that the net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),stomatal conductance(G_(s))and transpiration rate(T_(r))of strawberry leaves under the three shading treatments are significantly higher than those of contrast.With the increase of time,the F_(v)/F_(m)and F_(v)/F_(o)of shading treatment shows a gradual decrease trend,and the ETR show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.With the increase of shading rate,both F_(v)/F m and F_(v)/F_(o)show a trend of first decreasing,then increasing and decreasing,reaching the trough at 50%shading rate and the peak at 25%shading rate.This can provide reference for light regulation of strawberry seedling growth in plateau area.
