摘　　要：为满足电路电容值在一定范围内可调可控及高精度的要求,设计了一种新型可调电容器,以集成运放电路为基础,充分利用集成运算放大器的特性,配合外围电路构成新型有源阻容耦合电路,通过对电路中可调原件的控制,使系统输出与普通模拟电容等效的电容值。经过反复实验及仿真可以看出,经过电位器或多路开关调节电路中接入的电阻值,可使电路输出不同且精准的电容值,为集成电路研发及产品设计等需要精准数值可变电容器的环境提供新的解决方案。New adjustable capacitor is designed to meet the requirements of adjustable and controllable circuit capacitance in a certain range and high precision.Based on integrated operational amplifier circuit,new active resistance-capacitance coupling circuit is formed by using the characteristics of integrated operational amplifier and the peripheral circuit.By controlling the adjustable element in the circuit,the output capacitance of the system is equivalent to that of ordinary analog capacitance.After repeated experiments and simulations,adjusting the resistance value in the circuit through the potentiometer or multi-channel switch can make the circuit output different and capacitance value accurate,to provide a new solution for the environment requiring accurate numerical variable capacitors,such as integrated circuit research and development and product design.
