摘 要:为解决双排单立杆钢管扣件脚手架搭设难题,结合某工程项目,总结了搭设参数及荷载取值等,脚手架的立杆及横杆均为?48×3.0 mm钢管,最大搭设高度10.30 m,立杆及横杆均按纵距1.5 m布置,稳定荷载计算结果显示立杆抗弯度最大值为171.815 N/mm^(2),横杆抗弯度最大值为136.534 N/mm^(2)(小横杆)、92.574 N/mm^(2)(大横杆),均小于设计值205 N/mm^(2),满足要求。与传统落地式钢管脚手架相比,可以提高施工效率,加快施工进度,架体具有更好的可靠性及经济性。In order to solve the erection problem of double-row single-pole steel pipe fastener scaffold,the study summarizes the erection parameters and load values in combination with a project.The vertical and cross rods of the scaffold are∅48×3.0 mm steel pipes,the maximum erection height is 10.30 m,and the vertical and cross rods are arranged according to the longitudinal distance of 1.5 m.The stable load calculation results show that the maximum bending strength of the vertical pole is 171.815 N/mm^(2),and the maximum bending strength of the transverse pole is 136.534 N/mm^(2)(small transverse pole)and 92.574 N/mm^(2)(large transverse pole).Both of them are less than the design value of 205 N/mm^(2),and meet the requirements.Compared with the traditional floor steel pipe scaffold,it can not only improve the construction efficiency,and accelerate the construction progress.The frame has better reliability and economy.
