摘　　要：为实现森林面积与森林蓄积量的双增长,需保护好树木。目前,树木涂白以人工涂白为主,效率低下,劳动力需求量大,用料成本高。为解决以上问题,设计了一种多功能箱体树干涂白机,采用喷洒式+粉刷式的方法,可安装到植树车上,通过远程遥控实现植树涂白一体化功能,有效节省了人力,提高了效率。该设备具备搅拌功能,可按照比例调制涂白剂,从而降低用料成本,采用喷涂形式可防止工人长期吸入刺激性气味,保障作业的安全性。In order to realize the double growth of the forest area and forest stock,it is necessary to protect the trees.At present,the white painting of trees is mainly manual white painting,which is inefficient.The demand for labor is large.And the cost of materials is much.In order to solve the problems above,the study designs a multifunctional box trunk whitening machine,and adopts a spray+paint method for whitewashing.It can also be installed on a tree planting vehicle.Trees can be painted white through remote control,which can effectively save manpower and improve efficiency.The equipment also has a stirring function.The coating agent in proportion can be modulated,to reduce the material cost.At the same time,spraying is used to prevent workers from inhaling irritating odors for a long time,and ensure the safety of the operation.
