海绵城市理念下的城市水库环湖岸线生态治理提升实践

摘　　要：随着佛山市经济的快速发展,城市面积不断扩大,许多水库慢慢被城市包围,形成城市湖泊公园,由于环湖岸线规划杂乱、防洪能力差、周边生活污染排放等,造成了城市生态水库的防洪和环境问题,特别是东风水库的岸线治理问题突出,截污工程落后、护坡岸线稳定性问题严重,结合海绵城市建设理念,提出了生态框阶梯式护坡,对排污严重的湖段进行截污整治,提出了湿地景观区的环境治理措施。通过综合治理,东风水库全面实现消除黑臭,清污剥离,防洪排涝极大,环湖岸线形成了分区生态景观文化旅游园区,人居环境得到了显著提升。With the rapid economic development of Foshan,the urban area is constantly expanding.Many reservoirs are gradually surrounded by cities,forming urban lake parks.Due to the chaotic planning of the shoreline around the lake,poor flood control capacity,and surrounding domestic pollution emissions,flood control and environmental problems of urban ecological reservoirs have been caused.Especially in the Dongfeng Reservoir,the issue of shoreline governance is prominent,with outdated sewage interception projects and serious stability issues with slope protection shorelines.Combined with the construction concept of Sponge city,the ecological frame stepped slope protection is proposed,the lake section with serious sewage discharge is intercepted and treated,and the environmental treatment measures for wetland landscape area are proposed.Through comprehensive management,Dongfeng Reservoir has fully achieved the elimination of black and odor,and the removal of pollutants.The lakeside has formed a zoned ecological landscape cultural tourism park,and the living environment has been significantly improved.
