摘　　要：按政府审批规定完成风电场项目手续办理是项目依法合规落地的唯一途径。风电场项目开发建设和验收手续事务复杂并涉及面广泛,需要学习大量的法律、法规和风电场综合知识,需具备多方面的专业知识、沟通交流技巧和能力,了解掌握政府对行业的政策和信息要多,解决问题的思路要开扩,对开发建设人员的综合素质要求非常高。围绕山地风电场项目建设实际,重点介绍风电场项目开发建设和验收主要手续办理的思路与方法。Completing the procedures for wind farm projects in accordance with government approval regulations is the only way for projects to be implemented in accordance with the law and regulations.The development,construction,and acceptance procedures of wind farm projects are complex and involve a wide range of aspects.Construction personnel need to learn a lot of laws,regulations,and comprehensive knowledge of wind farms.They need to possess various professional knowledge,communication skills,and abilities,understand and master government policies and information on the industry,and expand their problem-solving thinking.Therefore,it requires very high comprehensive quality of development and construction personnel.This article focuses on the actual construction of mountain wind farm projects,focusing on the ideas and methods for handling the main procedures for the development,construction,and acceptance of wind farm projects.
