超大直径盾构机空推通过暗挖隧道施工技术

摘  要:近年来,盾构法施工技术在地铁施工中得到广泛的应用和推广。在施工过程中,往往因为地质条件、站厅设置及地铁运行等外界因素,盾构法隧道施工存在不连续性,中间需要采用明挖或暗挖法施工。在明挖及暗挖隧洞中,盾构机如何快速、安全、节省成本的情况下通过空推段施工,为盾构机下步施工提供条件,成为盾构机空推的关键和首要任务。依托成都轨道交通19号线二期工程区间盾构机空推方案实施为依托,介绍超大直径盾构机依据自身推力+预留孔洞的方式空推通过矿山法暗挖隧道施工技术。In recent years,shield tunneling construction technology has been widely applied and promoted in subway construction.During the construction process,due to external factors such as geological conditions,station hall settings,and subway operation,there are often discontinuities in shield tunneling construction,which requires the use of open or concealed excavation methods in the middle.In open and underground tunnels,how to quickly,safely,and cost-effectively carry out tunnel boring machine through the air pushing section to provide conditions for the next construction of the shield machine has become the key and primary task of the shield machine's air pushing.Based on the implementation of the shield tunneling machine air pushing scheme in the second phase of Chengdu Metro Line 19 Project,this paper introduces the construction technology of super large diameter shield tunneling machines using mining method and underground excavation based on their own thrust and reserved holes.
