摘  要:权头水库扩建坝体防渗灌浆工程,单孔分层帷幕灌浆施工包含上层坝土充填式混合浆液灌浆及下层基岩纯压式水泥灌浆,工程区别于一般单一帷幕成型形式,其特点为上下层灌注顺序相反,待凝时间不同,合格标准不同。由于上层帷幕各孔段待凝时间过长,需严格控制钻灌工艺、参数,避免因复灌而造成材料及工期的损失。施工前确定合理的施工工艺及参数,通过对帷幕灌浆试验区检查孔岩芯进行分析,灌浆达到预期效果,灌段单位注入量和透水率的变化符合灌浆规律。The single hole layered curtain grouting construction of the anti-seepage grouting project for the expansion of the Quantou Reservoir dam includes the filling of mixed slurry grouting for the upper dam soil and the pure pressure cement grouting for the lower bedrock.Engineering differs from general single curtain forming forms in that the upper and lower layers are poured in reverse order,with different waiting times and qualified standards.Due to the long waiting time for each hole section of the upper curtain to set,it is necessary to strictly control the drilling and grouting process and parameters to avoid material and project losses caused by re grouting.Reasonable construction techniques and parameters were determined before construction.By analyzing the rock core of the inspection hole in the curtain grouting test area,it was found that the grouting achieved the expected effect,and the changes in the unit injection volume and permeability rate of the grouting section were consistent with the grouting law.
