摘　　要：有限空间内单缸液压启闭机大修由于受施工条件限制,施工技术和工艺要求较高,如施工细节控制不到位,将严重影响启闭机液压油缸的整体大修质量甚至无法施工。通过对有限空间内单吊点大型弧形闸门液压油缸大修全施工过程分析总结,对其中关键性过程的控制要点、安装程序和方法、关键工序质量等进行严格控制,获得成功并取得经验,对此进行了详细阐述。Due to construction conditions,the overhaul of a single cylinder hydraulic hoist in a limited space requires high construction technology and process requirements.If the construction details are not properly controlled,it will seriously affect the overall overhaul quality of the hydraulic cylinder of the hoist and even prevent construction.This paper analyzes and summarizes the entire construction process of the hydraulic cylinder overhaul of a large radial gate with a single lifting point in a limited space.The key control points,installation procedures and methods,and quality of key processes are strictly controlled,achieving success and gaining experience.
