论水电工程与公路工程造价体系的区别

摘　　要：水电工程与公路工程有各自的造价体系。造价人员一般对自身行业的造价体系比较熟悉,但对两个行业的造价体系区别不太了解。从两个行业的总投资构成、每个分项组成、定额体系、建安工程单价组成、人工费组成、人工预算单价在各阶段执行力度、高原系数在单价构成的方式不同等方面分析了造价体系区别,供造价人员参考。Hydropower engineering and highway engineering have their own cost systems.Cost personnel are generally familiar with the cost system of their own industry,but they are not very familiar with the differences between the cost systems of the two industries.This article analyzes the differences in cost systems from the perspectives of the total investment composition,each sub item composition,quota system,unit price composition of construction and installation projects,labor cost composition,execution strength of labor budget unit price in each stage,and different ways of plateau coefficient in unit price composition,for reference by pricing personnel.
