摘  要:采用正交响应面分析法对山核桃外果皮化感活性物质4,8-DHT提取条件影响较大的因素,对溶剂浓度、温度、超声功率、时间等参数进行优化设计,根据BBD中心组合试验设计原理,分析确定超声提取山核桃外果皮4,8-DHT的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间1 h,提取温度60℃,超声功率55 W,乙醇浓度50%时,4,8-DHT提取效果最佳,为2.48 mg/g。Orthogonal response surface analysis was used to optimize the factors affecting the extraction conditions of 4,8-DHT in Carya cathayensis epicarp,such as solvent concentration,temperature,ultrasonic power,time and other parameters.According to the design principle of BBD central combination experiment,the optimal process conditions for ultrasonic extraction of 4,8-DHT in Carya cathayensis epicarp were analyzed and determined as follows:the extraction time was 1 h,the extraction temperature was 60℃,the ultrasonic power was 55 W,and the ethanol concentration was 50%.The extraction content of 4,8-DHT was 2.48 mg/g.
