摘 要:以贮丝房内各牌名烟丝作为研究对象,测试不同温度、不同相对湿度、不同贮存时间下的各牌名烟丝的含水率,分析各因素对烟丝含水率的影响规律,探索在满足工艺要求的前提下,烟丝在贮丝房的最优贮存条件。结果表明:(1)在工艺要求范围内,各牌名烟丝的平衡含水率随贮存环境温度的升高而降低,降低幅度较小,随贮丝环境的相对湿度的升高而升高,升高幅度较大;(2)在实际贮存过程中,贮丝柜中仅有表层烟丝的含水率会随贮存时间的变化而变化,中层和下层烟丝的含水率无明显变化;(3)在试验范围内,HS(YJY)烟丝平衡含水率与贮存时间呈线性正相关关系(R^(2)=0.97),HS(XYP)烟丝平衡含水率与贮存时间呈线性正相关关系(R^(2)>0.98),HSH(DJ)烟丝平衡含水率与贮存时间呈线性正相关关系(R^(2)>0.98)。Taking each brand of tobacco in the silk-storage room as the research object,the moisture content of each brand of picadu‐ra under different temperature,different relative humidity and different storage time was tested,the influence of various factors on the moisture content of picadura was analyzed,and the optimal storage conditions of picadura in the silk-storage room were explored under the premise of meeting the technological requirements.The results show that:①Within the range of process requirements,the equilibrium moisture content of each brand tobacco decreases with the increase of storage environment temperature,the decrease is small,and the increase is large with the increase of the relative humidity of storage environment.②In the actual storage process,the moisture content of only the surface picadura will change with the change of storage time,and the moisture content of the middle and lower picadura will not change significantly.③In the test range,the equilibrium moisture content of HS(YJY)picadura was positive‐ly correlated with the storage time(R^(2)=0.97),the equilibrium moisture content of HS(XYP)picadura was positively correlated with the storage time(R^(2)>0.98),and the equilibrium moisture content of HSH(DJ)picadura was positively correlated with the storage time(R^(2)>0.98).
