摘  要:[目的]研究干旱胁迫对彩色棉棉花种子萌发期相关指标的影响。[方法]以4种纤维颜色不同的彩色棉花品种(系)为材料,采用PEG渗透胁迫模拟干旱条件,设置5%、10%、15%、20%、25%和30%共6个胁迫浓度处理,对4种纤维颜色不同的彩色棉花品种(系)种子萌发期相关指标进行测定。[结果]随着PEG-6000胁迫浓度的增加,棕色棉Z-BC05及Z-BC06子叶鲜干重、胚根干重、胚根长、下胚轴长等指标均呈下降趋势,胁迫浓度20%时,各项数值达到最低点,胁迫浓度25%时种子萌发受抑制,种子未萌发。绿色棉L-AC03及L-AC04子叶鲜干重、胚根干重、下胚轴长等指标均呈不规则下降趋势,胁迫浓度25%时,各项数值达到最低点,胁迫浓度30%时种子萌发受抑制,种子未萌发。[结论]可为彩色棉栽培及育种提供理论依据。[Objective]The effects of drought stress on cotton seed germination stage of colored cotton were studied.[Method]Four colored cotton varieties(lines)with different fiber colors were used as materials to simulate drought conditions by PEG osmotic stress.The effects of drought stress on related indexes of germination stage of colored cotton seeds were studied by setting 6 stress concentrations of 5%,10%,15%,20%,25% and 30%.The related indexes of seed germination stage of 4 kinds of colored cotton varieties(lines)with different fiber color were determined.[Result]The results showed that the cotyledon fresh weight,cotyledon dry weight,radicle dry weight,radicle length and hypocotyl length of brown cotton Z-BC05 and cotton Z-BC06 decreased with the increase of PEG-6000 stress concentration.The values reached the lowest point when the stress concentration was 20%,and the seed germination was inhibited when the stress concentration was 25%.Green cotton L-AC03 and L-AC04 cotyledon fresh weight,cotyledon dry weight,radicle dry weight,hypocotyl length and other indicators showed an irregular downward trend.When the stress concentration was 25%,all the values reached the lowest point.When the stress concentration was 30%,seed germination was inhibited and seed germination did not occur.[Conclusion]It could provide theoretical basis for the cultivation and breeding of colored cotton.
