摘  要:在工业生产过程中,模具是不可缺少的工艺装备。伴随着汽车、仪器仪表、电子、航空及日用品工业的高速发展,塑料制品需求量持续增长,且对模具的设计与质量要求也日益严格。因塑料模具品种相对较多,且更新速度快,单件小批量生产特征明显,传统模具设计模式已经难以迎合工业实际生产所需,在模具设计中引入软件技术已经成为模具行业发展的必然趋势。其中,CAD/CAE技术是一种典型的计算机辅助工具,可有效地设计与优化塑料制品的产品开发、模具结构、工艺成型等各个环节,可对塑料模具设计周期进行有效缩短,强化产品品质,有效地降低生产成本投入,从而获取最大化的经济效益。对此,该研究重点对CAE/CAD技术在塑料模具设计中的应用实践进行了分析与研究。In the process of industrial production,molds are indispensable technological equipment.With the rapid development of automobile,instrumentation,electronic,aviation and commodity industries,the demand for plastic products continues to grow,and the requirements for mold design and quality are increasingly strict.Due to the relatively large variety,the rapid updating speed and the obvious characteristics of single-piece small-batch production of plastic molds,the traditional mold design mode has been difficult to meet the needs of actual industrial production,and the introduction of software technology into mold design has become an inevitable trend of the development of the mold industry.Among them,CAD/CAE technology is a typical computer-aided tool,and it can effectively design and optimize the product development,mold structure,process molding and other links of plastic products,effectively shorten the cycle of plastic mold design,strengthen product quality and effectively reduce production cost input,so as to obtain maximum economic benefits.In this regard,this study focuses on the analysis and research of the application practice of CAE/CAD technology in plastic mold design.
