摘　　要：穴位敏化是经络腧穴理论的重要组成部分,是对腧穴研究的进一步拓展和延伸,有利于正确认识腧穴的本质。穴位敏化形式多样,但穴位痛敏是目前针灸临床应用广泛、研究较多的敏化类型,也是近些年的研究热点之一。穴位敏化研究将以循按为特征的探查压痛点归于“以痛为腧”,并在临床运用中取得了比较好的疗效。本研究从“以痛为腧”的溯源到现代对穴位敏化的认识以及穴位痛敏的探查和机制探讨,进一步揭示穴位敏化内涵。Acupoint sensitization is an important part of the theory of acupoint,which is the further development and extension of the study on acupoint,and it is conducive to understanding the nature of acupoint.Acupoint sensitization forms are various,but acupoint pain sensitivity is one of the hot spots of researches in recent years,and is also the most widely used and studied acupoint type in the current clinical application of acupuncture.Acupoint sensitization research will follow the characteristic of the exploration of tender point as acupoint based on‘pain location as acupoint’,which has achieved a better effect in clinical use.This study explored the origin of‘pain location as acupoint’and discussed the connotation of acupoint sensitization based on the theory of‘pain location as acupoint’.
