原络俞募配穴结合龙虎交战针法治疗2型糖尿病后胃轻瘫综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨原络俞募配穴结合龙虎交战针法治疗2型糖尿病后胃轻瘫综合征的临床疗效。方法:60例入组受试者随机分为针刺组和药物组,针刺组给予原络俞募配穴结合龙虎交战针法治疗,药物组给予伊托必利治疗,治疗28 d后应用胃轻瘫主要症状指数量表、4 h胃排空率、血糖指标、胃动素与胃泌素评价疗效。结果:针刺组治疗后胃轻瘫主要症状指数量表、4 h胃排空率、血糖指标与胃动素指标均高于药物组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),针刺组治疗后胃泌素水平低于药物组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原络俞募配穴结合龙虎交战针法可明显减轻2型糖尿病伴胃轻瘫的症状。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yuan-source points and collateral points compatibility,back-Shu and front-Mu points compatibility combined with dragon-tiger battling acupuncture in treatment of gastroparesis due to type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and the medication group.The acupuncture group was treated with Yuan-source points and collateral points compatibility,back-Shu and front-Mu points compatibility combined with dragon-tiger battling acupuncture.The medication group was treated with Itopride.After 28 days of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated by gastroparesis main symptom indexes scale,4-hour gastric emptying rate,blood glucose index,motilin and gastrin.Results:The main symptom indexes scale of gastroparesis,4-hour gastric emptying rate,blood glucose index and motilin index were higher(P<0.05),and the level of gastrin was lower in the acupuncture group than those in the medication group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yuan-source points and collateral points compatibility,back-Shu and front-Mu points compatibility combined with dragon-tiger battling acupuncture can obviously relieve the symptoms of T2DM with gastroparesis.
