摘　　要：针灸预处理被证实能够分别减轻心肌缺血与脑缺血时的细胞损伤,而两种缺血/再灌注损伤在许多关键病理过程中存在共性。由此本团队提出:针刺可心脑同护,且在心脑血管预防性保护方面优势突出。本研究以心肌和神经元缺血损伤后的主要病理变化过程为线索,系统梳理针刺预处理作用靶点,探讨针刺预处理在心、脑缺血时的共性干预机制。Acupuncture preconditioning has been proved to reduce cell damage during myocardial ischemia and cerebral ischemia respectively,and the two kinds of ischemia/reperfusion injury are common in many key pathological processes.Therefore,this study proposed that acupuncture can protect both heart and brain,and has outstanding advantages in the preventive protection of cardio or cerebral vessels.Based on the main pathological changes after myocardial and neuronal ischemia injury,this study systematically combed the target of acupuncture preconditioning,and discussed the common intervention mechanism of acupuncture preconditioning for cardiac and cerebral ischemia.
