摘　　要：现代植物园既包括最初的教育与保护功能,也承载着多种游憩活动,具备公园的属性。通过对网络文本数据的分析,探讨游客对上海辰山植物园和月季专类园的感知和满意度,并识别主要的游憩活动。研究方法包括词频分析、共现分析与社区挖掘,以及基于17个满意度因子的语义编码和内容分析。结果表明,辰山植物园及其月季园的游客主要关注自然景观、活动安排、服务设施、门票价格和园内交通等方面。通过对高频词进行社区挖掘分析,发现植物园的游客可以分为两大群体,即拍照打卡群体和休闲游憩群体。植物园的自然景观、活动安排和园内交通满意度较高,月季园的游憩设施满意度欠佳。通过对主要游憩活动的分析,发现知识类活动在自发性活动中占比较小。研究结论可为植物园的规划与管理提供参考。Modern botanical gardens encompass their initial functions of education and conservation and a diverse range of recreational activities as urban parks.This research explores visitors’perceptions and satisfactions and identifi es the primary recreational activities based on the analysis of online textual data regarding Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden and its Rose Garden.The research methods include word frequency analysis,co-occurrence analysis and community mining,semantic coding,and content analysis addressing the 17 satisfaction factors.The results indicate that visitors to Chenshan Botanical Garden and the Rose Garden are primarily interested in natural landscapes,activity arrangements,service facilities,ticket prices,and internal transportation within the gardens.Community mining analysis of high-frequency words reveals that the visitors to the botanical garden can be divided into two groups:those who prioritize taking photos and those who seek leisure and recreation.The natural landscapes,activity arrangements,and internal transportation have high satisfaction in the botanical garden,while the recreational facilities in the Rose Garden receive lower satisfaction ratings.Analysis of the main recreational activities shows that knowledge-based activities comprise a smaller proportion of spontaneous activities.These conclusions can provide implications for the planning and management of botanical gardens,such as developing more recreation activities,highlighting cultural themes in specialized gardens,improving internal transportation to reduce waiting times,and increasing service facilities,etc.
