摘　　要：高效输水管道工程是水利工程中具有代表性的线性工程类型,尤其在新疆的水资源高效配置和利用、拓展经济社会发展空间中发挥着巨大作用。以往对公路、铁路等线性工程的生态影响讨论较多,高效输水管道工程型式以地埋管道为主,沿线设置水工建筑物,以水为输送介质,所产生的陆生生态影响具有其独特性。以新疆某高效输水管道为例,从区域环境本底状况调查入手,分析了管道建设和运行产生的陆生生态影响,拟定了保护对策措施的基本轮廓,旨在交流和探讨高效输水管道工程在前期环境可行性论证的要点,为今后同类工程建设论证提供新的视角。High-efficiency water pipeline project was a representative linear engineering type in water conservancy project,which played a huge role in the efficient allocation and utilization of water resources and the expansion of economic and social development space in Xinjiang.In the past,the ecological impact of linear projects such as highways and railways had been discussed a lot,and the type of high-efficiency water transmission pipeline project was mainly buried pipelines,with hydraulic buildings set along the lines and water as the transportation medium,and the terrestrial ecological impact had its unique characteristics.Taking an efficient water pipeline in Xinjiang as an example,the terrestrial ecological impact caused by the construction and operation of the pipeline from the investigation of regional environmental background was analyzed,and the basic outline of protection measures was drawn up.Aiming at exchanging and discussing the key points of the environmental feasibility demonstration of the efficient water pipeline project in the early stage,a new perspective for the construction demonstration of similar projects in the future was provided.
