摘  要:以60名在中国医科大学附属第一医院神经外科轮转的住培学员为研究对象,并采用随机方法分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学方法培养学生接诊能力;实验组在对照组教学基础上,组织学生课下进行同伴互助学习(PAL)结合操作技能观察评估(DOPS)演练脑血管病病人接诊。采用理论考试成绩、Mini-CEX、教育环境量表进行教学评价,评价在脑血管病教学中开展PAL联合DOPS的作用和意义。A total of 60 students in Neurosurgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was adopted traditional teaching methods to cultivate students'reception ability;on the basis of teaching in the control group,the experimental group was organized to engage in Peer-assisted Learning(PAL)combined with Direct Observation of Procedural Skills(DOPS)exercises for the reception of cerebrovascular disease patients after class,Using theoretical exam scores,Mini-CEX,and educational environment scales for teaching evaluation,evaluate the role and significance of PAL combined with DOPS in cerebrovascular disease teaching.
