摘　　要：从促进大学生身心健康的角度出发,分析大学生参与慢性病健康管理项目的意愿与具体需求,以期构建以中医体质为核心的慢性病健康管理模型。调查显示,山东省大学生的慢性病健康管理项目的既往参与率不高,中医体质辨识的接触率不高,但慢性病健康管理的参与意愿较强。开展管理时要充分考虑大学生的实际需求,设置合理的管理时间、支付费用和监督方式。From the perspective of promoting the physical and mental health of collegians,this paper analyzes their willingness and specific needs to participate in health management of chronic disease projects,with the aim of constructing a health management of chronic disease model centered on Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution.The survey shows that the past participation rate in health management of chronic disease projects among collegians in Shandong Province is poor,and the contact rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution identification is poor as well,but the willingness to participate in health management of chronic disease is strong.When carrying out management,it is necessary to fully consider the actual needs of collegians,set reasonable management time,payment fees,and supervision methods.
