基于循证的品管圈活动在缩短眼科新入院患者床位等候时间中的应用

摘　　要：成立品管圈活动小组,选定缩短眼科新入院患者床位等候时间为活动主题,通过查找文献及现状调查,对眼科新入院患者床位等候时间进行调查统计和分析,并采取分时段安排患者住院、合理排班、优化办理出入院流程、提高出院宣教效率等措施,缩短眼科新入院患者床位等候时间。研究显示,应用基于循证的品管圈活动能明显缩短眼科新入院患者床位等候时间,提高患者满意度,提高护士的综合能力,提升护理服务水平,值得临床推广应用。A quality management circle activity team was established and the theme of the activity was to shorten the bed waiting time for new ophthalmology patients.The study was conducted by searching literature and investigating the current situation to investigate and analyze the waiting time for new ophthalmology patients.Also take measures including arranging patients'hospitalization in different periods,reasonable scheduling,optimizing the admission process,and improving the efficiency of hospital education to shorten the waiting time for newly admitted ophthalmic patients'beds.The study showed that the application of evidence-based quality management circle activities could significantly reduce the waiting time for new ophthalmology admissions,improve patient satisfaction,enhance the comprehensive ability of nurses,and improve the level of nursing services,which is worthy of clinical application.
