摘　　要：今年是中国和伊拉克建交65周年,“一带一路”倡议提出10周年。自2015年中国和伊拉克签署共建“一带一路”合作文件以来,两国多领域合作取得丰硕成果。尤其是中国石油(伊拉克)哈法亚公司(以下简称哈法亚公司),积极参与伊拉克能源、基础设施等领域重建,改善民生条件,提高伊拉克石油产能,支持伊拉克的经济建设,实现了共享、共建、共赢、共同发展。Since China and Iraq signed the"the Belt and Road"cooperation document in 2015,bilateral cooperation in various fields has achieved fruitful results.Especially China Petroleum(Iraq)Halfaya Companry actively participates in the reconstruction of Iraq's energy,infrastructure and other fields,improves people s livelihood conditions,increases Iraq's oil production capacity,supports Iraq's econbmic construction,and achieves sharing,co-construction,win-win,and common development.
