摘　　要：针对纺织印染行业染机助剂输配送过程中自动化程度低、劳动强度大、助剂输送精度较差等难点,重点研究了一种助剂自动输配送系统的清洗控制方法及装置。自动输配送装置包括助剂暂存桶、输料阀、质量流量计、输送管道、管道清洗装置、控制系统等,可有效提高助剂输送精度,缩短管路清洗时间,提高助剂输送效率等。In view of the difficulties such as low automation,high labor intensity,and poor delivery accura⁃cy of auxiliaries in the transportation and distribution of dyeing machine auxiliaries in the textile printing and dyeing industry,a cleaning control method and device for the automatic transportation and distribution system of auxiliaries was researched.The automatic transportation and distribution device includes the temporary stor⁃age barrel of auxiliaries,the feeding valve,the mass flowmeter,the transportation pipeline,the pipeline clean⁃ing device,and the control system,which can effectively improve the transportation accuracy of auxiliaries,re⁃duce the pipeline cleaning time,improve the efficiency of auxiliary transportation,etc.
