摘  要:毛绒面料柔软剂轧染同浴工艺是近年来行业探索的一种低碳工艺,深色面料的耐摩擦色牢度是亟待解决的一大难题。考察了深色面料轧染同浴工艺柔软剂乳液中的各组分(聚氧乙烯醚类乳化剂、异丙醇、丁醚、甘油、山梨醇、二乙醇胺、尿素、pH)对耐摩擦色牢度的影响,结果表明添加适量乳化剂可以改善耐摩擦色牢度,同时建议尽量少引入溶剂(如异丙醇、丁醚等)和添加剂(如甘油、山梨醇、二乙醇胺、尿素等)。The pad dyeing process of plush fabric softener in one bath is a low-carbon process explored in the industry in recent years,and the color fastness to rubbing of dark colored fabrics is a big problem that needs to be solved urgently.The influence of each component(polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier,isopropanol,butyl ether,glycerin,sorbitol,diethanolamine,urea,pH)of softener on the color fastness to rubbing in pad dye⁃ing process of dark color fabrics was analyzed.The results showed that adding appropriate emulsifiers could improve the rubbing fastness.At the same time,it was suggested to introduce as few solvents(such as iso⁃propanol,butyl ether,etc.)and additives(such as glycerin,sorbitol,diethanolamine,urea,etc.)as possible.
