摘 要:将精练剂M-177应用于纯棉织物冷轧堆练漂工艺,单因素分析精练剂用量、液碱用量、双氧水用量和冷堆时间对练漂效果的影响,采用正交实验优化冷轧堆练漂工艺。优化的棉织物冷轧堆练漂工艺为:精练剂M-177 25 g/L,液碱180 g/L,30%双氧水50 g/L,室温处理24 h。经处理后的棉织物毛效为11.8 cm/30 min,白度为81.9%。The scouring agent M-177 was applied to the cold pad-batch scouring and bleaching process of cotton fabrics.The influence of scouring agent dosage,liquid alkali dosage,hydrogen peroxide dosage and cold pad-batch time on the scouring and bleaching effect was analyzed by single factor,and the cold pad batch scouring and bleaching process was optimized by orthogonal test.The condition were defined as fol⁃lows:scouring agent M-17725 g/L,liquid alkali 180 g/L,and 30%hydrogen peroxide 50 g/L,treated the fabric at room temperature for 24 h.Under the conditions,the capillary effect of the treated cotton fabrics was 11.8 cm/30 min and the whiteness was 81.9%.
