广东广宁探索竹产业高质量发展之路全力推进绿美广宁建设

摘　　要：广东省广宁县竹产业发展历史悠久,竹子分布广、种类多,数千年来竹子已融入广宁人的生产、生活之中,给本地百姓带来了巨大实惠。近年来,广宁县牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,依托丰富的竹资源,以规划为引领,积极构建新示范区+传统加工集聚区+旅游区+种植基地的“三区一基地”体系,打造竹种植、生产、研发、销售、储运以及生态康养旅游全产业链,全力推进竹产业高质量发展。本文从规划蓝图、工作措施等多个路径阐述了广宁县发展竹产业情况,以期进一步探索出符合广宁特色的高质量发展之路,实现林农因竹而富、企业因竹而强、生态因竹而美,让资源优势成为广宁的发展优势。Guangning County boasts a long history of bamboo industry development,where multiple species of bamboo are widely distributed.For thousands of years,bamboo has been a part of production and life of Guangning people,bringing great benefits to the local people.In recent years,Guangning County has firmly established and practiced the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.Relying on rich bamboo resources and guided by development planning,Guangning County has actively constructed a"three areas and one base"system of"new model park+traditional processing area+tourism area+planting base",created whole industry chain integrating planting,production,research and development,sales,storage and transportation of bamboo and bamboo based eco-health tourism,with the aim to promote high-quality development of the bamboo industry.This paper elaborates on Guangning's practices in the high-quality development of bamboo industry in terms of blueprint planning and work measures,in order to further explore a high-quality development path that conforms to the characteristics of Guangning,achieve the development goals that forest farmers get rich,enterprises grow strong,and ecological environment becomes beautiful by relying on the bamboo resources,and make resource advantages the development advantages of Guangning County.
