摘　　要：棉/锦混纺织物染深色系时,采用酸性染料、活性染料两浴轧染染色方法,但是存在锦纶沾色差、布面深度不够等问题。探究了棉/锦混纺织物深色系的高色牢度轧染工艺,对染色、固色工艺进行开发研究。通过在酸性皂洗工序中加入阴离子固色剂,后整理时采用阳离子固色剂的双重固色,实现了棉/锦混纺织物深色系高色牢度的轧染染色。该工艺相对于现有染深色工艺,可以明显降低染料用量,缩短工艺流程,同时降低成本,节能减排。When cotton/nylon blend fabrics is dyed in dark color,acid dyes and reactive dyes are used for twobath pad dyeing,but there are some problems such as poor staining of nylon fiber and insufficient depth of cloth surface.The high color fastness pad dyeing process of cotton/nylon blend fabrics in dark color system is explored,and the dyeing and fixing processes are developed and studied.By adding anionic fixing agent in acid soaping process and cationic fixing agent in finishing,the pad dyeing process of cotton/nylon blend fabrics with high fastness in dark color is developed.Com⁃pared with the existing dyeing process in dark color,this process can obviously reduce the amount of dye,shorten the pro⁃cess flow,reduce the cost,and save energy and reduce emission.
