摘　　要：心力衰竭的发病率和病死率高,虽然医疗水平正在提升,但患者后期治疗效果仍不太理想。随着转录因子生物学的发展和技术的进步,靶向转录因子治疗心力衰竭已成为一种重要的手段。Runt相关转录因子1(Runt-related transcription factor 1,RUNX1)是心血管疾病新的治疗靶点,具有转化潜力,靶向RUNX1作为保护心功能和限制不良心室重塑的新的策略,在心力衰竭进展中发挥深远的作用。Heart failure is a global epidemic affecting the lives of an increasing number of patients.Although the level of medical treatment is improving,the late results of treatment for heart failure patients are still less than ideal.With the development of transcription factor biology and technological advances,targeting transcription factors have become a realistic choice.Runt-related transcription factor 1(RUNX1)is a new therapeutic target for cardiovascular diseases with translational potential,and targeting RUNX1 to protect cardiac function and limit adverse ventricular remodeling as a new strategy plays a profound role in the progression of heart failure.
