摘 要:含有缺陷的设备在高温、高压条件下容易发生蠕变损伤破坏,进而需要准确评价高温结构的蠕变裂纹扩展寿命。以某电厂主蒸汽管道用P91钢为研究对象,结合理论分析、实验及数值模拟的方法对其展开研究,采用ABAQUS软件,建立管道半椭圆形裂纹有限元模型,研究了2种压力工况下不同初始裂纹尺寸的蠕变裂纹扩展寿命,并与理论计算结果进行了对比,结果表明有限元计算结果更加符合实际要求。There are some initial defects which make the equipment prone to creep damage under high temperature and high pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately evaluate the creep crack growth life of high temperature structure.The P91 steel used for main steam pipeline of a power plant is taken as the research object,and the theoretical analysis,experiment and numerical simulation methods are used to study the P91 steel,the finite element model of the semi elliptical crack in the pipeline is established by using ABAQUS software,and the creep crack growth life of different initial crack size under two kinds of pressure conditions is studied,and compared with the theoretical calculation results.The results show that the finite element results are more reasonable.
