摘　　要：舒更葡糖是一种新型肌松拮抗药,可以与罗库溴铵、维库溴铵等氨基甾体类肌松药结合形成螯合物,达到逆转肌松作用的目的。有研究发现舒更葡糖会影响凝血因子及血小板的数量与功能,导致围手术期凝血功能异常,进而影响围手术期患者的恢复及预后。其发生机制可能与过敏反应、细胞膜磷脂等有关,但具体机制尚不明确,舒更葡糖导致凝血功能异常的发生机制值得进一步研究。sugammadex is a new muscle relaxant antagonist,which can combine with amino steroid muscle relaxants such as rocuronium and vecuronium to form a chelate to reverse the muscle relaxant effect.Some studies have found that sugammadex can affect the function and quantity of coagulation factors and platelets,leading to abnormal coagulation function in the perioperative period,thus affecting the recovery and prognosis of patients in the perioperative period.The mechanism of sugammadex leading to abnormal coagulation function may be related to allergic reactions,cell membrane phospholipids,and so on,but its specific mechanism is still unclear,so it is worthy of further study.
