摘  要:目的探讨家长参与照护在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的应用效果。方法将郑州大学附属儿童医院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的60例缺氧缺血性脑病的患儿,随机分组,对照组30例和观察组30例。对照组患儿在住院期间采用常规方法,观察组患儿住院期间固定父母参与照护,并由经过专项培训的专科人员针对性的一对一指导。结果观察组患儿的住院时间(10.17±1.18)d,对照组(12.78±2.13)d(P<0.05);观察组患儿出院后随访依从性(P=0.025)、对医护人员的满意度(P=0.000)、母乳喂养情况(P=0.033)均优于对照组。结论家长参与照护可有效缩短患儿的住院时间,无医院感染发生。提高家长满意度及护理新生儿的知识和技能,提高其出院后的随访依从性及母乳喂养率,促进新生儿健康发育。Objective To explore the application effect of parents'participation in nursing in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods A total of 60 children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted to a childrens specialized hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)by the time of admission.The control group adopted routine nursing methods during hospitalization,while the observation group had fixed parents participating in nursing during hospitalization,and received one-to-one guidance from specially trained specialist nurses.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group and the control group was(10.17±1.18)d and(12.78±2.13)d(P<0.05).The observation group had better follow-up compliance after discharge(P=0.025),satisfaction with medical staff(P=0.000),and breastfeeding rate(P=0.033)than the control group.Conclusion Parents'participation in nursing can effectively shorten the hospital stay of children without nosocomial infection.It can also improve the satisfaction of parents and the knowledge and skills of nursing newborns,improve the follow-up compliance and breastfeeding rate after discharge,and promote the healthy development of newborns.
