64排螺旋CT冠脉成像在老年糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变中的诊断价值及准确率分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析64排螺旋CT冠脉成像(CTA)对老年糖尿病冠状动脉病变临床应用价值。方法选取2019年3月—2020年9月在柘城县中西医结合医院怀疑糖尿病冠状动脉病变的74例患者,并对所有对象结合其疾病的情况做出较为全面的判断,选择64排螺旋CT针对于患者病情进行诊断,所有患者均为糖尿病性冠状动脉病变。将检查结果与患者的真实病情(采用数字减影冠脉成像DSA为金标准)进行对比,分析64排螺旋CT糖尿病冠状动脉成像诊断的准确度。结果在本次研究结果中显示应用64排冠状动脉螺旋CT成像方案针对糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变进行检查,能够获得较为准确的诊断结果,有助于判断患者的病情,诊断准确率与患者的真实病情进行对比分析,未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在进行糖尿病冠状动脉病变诊断过程中,引用64排螺旋CT,其具有快速成像、无创及准确率较高的优势,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical application value of 64-row spiral CT coronary imaging(CTA)for coronary artery lesions in elderly diabetes.Methods Selected from March 2019 to September 2020 in our hospital 74 patients suspected diabetic coronary artery disease,and for all the test object combined with the disease make a comprehensive judgment,select 64 row spiral CT for diagnosis of patients'condition,all patients are diabetic coronary artery disease.The results were compared with the actual condition(using digital subtraction coronary imaging DSA as the gold standard for coronary imaging).Results This study showed that 64-row coronary spiral CT imaging protocol used for coronary artery lesions in diabetic patients could obtain more accurate diagnosis results and help to judge the patients'condition.The diagnostic accuracy and the real condition of the patients were analyzed,and no statistical difference was found(P>0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of diabetic coronary artery lesions,64-row spiral CT is cited,which has the advantages of rapid imaging,non-invasive and high accuracy,and is worth popularizing.
