摘  要:耐抗生素细菌的不断增加以及抗生素根除生物膜的能力有限,使得开发替代抗菌疗法成为临床的重大课题。抗菌生物材料,如多阳离子聚合物,以及生物材料辅助的非抗生素疗法,如噬菌体、抗菌肽和抗菌酶等,提高了人体对抗耐抗生素和复发性感染的能力。生物材料不仅可以有针对性地传递多种抗菌剂,而且可以在感染部位持续释放,从而减少潜在的全身不良反应。此综述系统地介绍了基于生物材料的非抗生素抗菌疗法治疗细菌感染的临床策略,详细介绍了不同生物材料的治疗策略和临床转化潜力,提供与临床转化相关的挑战和视角,并讨论了生物材料辅助抗菌治疗的未来和前景。The increasing number of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and the limited ability of antibiotics to eradicate biofilms have made the development of alternative antimicrobial therapies a major clinical topic.Antibacterial biomaterials,such as multi-cationic polymers,and biomaterially assisted non-antibiotic therapies,such as bacteriophages,antimicrobial peptides,and antimicrobial enzymes,improve our ability to combat antibiotic-resistant and recurrent infections.Biomaterials can not only deliver multiple antimicrobials in a targeted manner,but they can also be consistently released at the site of infection,thereby reducing the potential for systemic adverse reactions.In this review,we systematically presented the clinical strategies for biomaterial-based non-antibiotic antimicrobial therapy for bacterial infections.We detailed the therapeutic strategies and clinical translational potential of different biomaterials,and provided the challenges and perspectives associated with clinical translational.Finally,we discussed the future and prospect of biomaterial assisted antibacterial therapy.
