数字化X线摄影技术在脊柱全长摄影中的应用价值研究

摘  要:目的探讨数字化X线摄影技术在脊柱全长摄影当中的应用价值。方法此次研究时间范围为2019年1月-2022年12月,共纳入研究患者120例,入选患者均为脊柱畸形需要接受脊柱全长摄影的患者,根据患者所接受的检查方式进行分组,对照组60例患者接受SLOT全脊柱拼接技术,试验组60例患者接受数字化X线摄影(DR)技术,比较两组图像质量、Cobb角、信噪比(SNR)。结果试验组图像质量明显优于对照组,正位SNR值、侧位SNR值明显大于对照组,两组数据比较,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组Cobb角数据对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种检查方式均不会对脊柱Cobb角测量产生影响,但是DR技术的图像质量和信噪比更高,对临床诊疗脊柱畸形更加有利,值得推广。Objective The main purpose of this study is to investigate the application value of digital X-ray photography in total length photography of the spine.Method The time range of this study was from January 2019 to December 2022.A total of 120 patients were studied.All of the selected patients were patients with spinal deformities who needed full length photography of the spine.They were divided into groups according to the examination methods they received.The control group(60 patients)received SLOT full spine stitching technology,and the test group(60 patients)received digital radiography(DR)technology.The image quality,Cobb angle,and signal to noise ratio(SNR)of the two groups were compared.Results The image quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the positive and lateral SNR values were significantly higher than those of the control group.The data between the two groups were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Cobb angle data between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Both examination methods will not have an impact on the measurement of the Cobb angle of the spine,but the DR technology has higher image quality and signal-to-noise ratio,which is more beneficial for clinical diagnosis and treatment of spinal deformities and is worth promoting.
